Very clean, bed is somewhat comfy a little on the hard side but that could just be my preference. Love that you can cranke the window open & that you have a patio. The pool and spa were clean and water was nice, maybe a bit to much chlorine though. Front desk very friendly and personable. Breakfast was great lots of options and clean. Loved the happy hour snacks and the smores for the kiddos. Shuttle to Canal park too! This will be our go to stay when we visit Duluth!
