I didn't like the fact the manager- im guessing this is his position - totally forgot to open uo the unit.for me as arranged earlier which then left me out in the cold and vulnerable as an elderly woman. I pressed buzzer i rang motel number onky to be totally ignored, i ended up knocking on staff windows and screaming out his name in my only hope of getting help. Finally Mark appears totally unaware of who I was when i gave him my name and why i was so uoset. Then when i reminded him he was going to leave my unit unlocked and turn on-the heater and shut windows he only asked why didn't i use the buzzer !! Which i had tried twice for a prolonged periid of time approximately 5 mins each time continuously! There was no apology n9 offer to help an old lady carry her bags back up to her room . No milk in thr fridge. And when I went to make use of the spa bath in the unit 2 very BIG BLACK PUBIC HAIRS on the bottom of the bath goodness only knows how they were missed when cleaning the bathroom is beyond me ! I had just come from thr chch hospital having been seen by my surgeon with concerns of infection in my shoulder wound after having VERY MAJOY surgery on my left shoulder on the 16th May. Id had to drive myself from hokitika to chch on my surgeons request to be viewed that evening. The drive itself was a complete mission as the rain was horrendous on the coast side. So basically i was incredibly stressed and exhausted at 9.40pm when i arrived at
