Over all the our stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and accommodating, courteous and friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had - outside the shower floor floods every time we take a shower, the ceiling above the toilet started leaking and the air conditioning keeps turning off.

We arrived at the airport on Monday morning, and the hotel van was waiting for us. Overall very efficient service, and would recommend paying the little extra to have the airport pickup. They take care of all fees, you don’t need to haggle and search for drives. We had the drive to the bay, where a hotel boat picked us up and took us to the island, where another hotel van was waiting. This was door to door service. The staff were top notch the entire way. The same was true for the return trip back as well. Now at the Hotel, we were greeted by even more incredibly friendly staff, with cool wet clothes, and a very delicious pineapple drink. Even though we were early, they let us store our luggage on sight while we walked around the beautiful white powder sand beach. Check in was at 2pm, we arrived around 930. We were early to say the least. We decided to take a snooze on the beach and received a call at 11 saying the room was ready! Excellent! They brought our luggage up to the room and gave us a tour. The room had one of the best beach views in the building. Besides the Uber expensive rooms of course. We had a top floor with two balconies. The views and atmosphere were excellent. There is live music through the day and night. These guys (and gals) are very talented! You know they are good when you have people singing along! Would I go back to this place? YES I would, but I would want the same room if possible. Would I recommend this place? Most definitely. It has the prefect

The entire staff really cares about your comfort. June, the supervisor, and his team really put customer service as a priority 👏. The hotel is located in a very central spot and is very close to lots of restaurants and stores. Beautiful spot to see the sunset and is a 15 minute walk to the other side of the island where you can see the sunrise. Great beach hotel and would highly recommend.
