The staff was very nice and friendly. Very clean property, the bar/restaurant upstairs is beautiful with a nice view. Location was great as well, close to many shops and things to do. Overall great experience and would definitely stay there again, high recommend!!!

This is our 5 th visit to this hotel and despite booking 2 rooms and oaying in full in October for December room offered was unsuitable , no closet or drawers in room offered for our clothes and zero hanging space ( not a budget hotel) After discusion we acceored 2 single bed rooms , we enjoyed this hotel many times and the new resteraunt is very good. Its a simple fix for the hotel hope they see to it.

We really liked the hotel. The staff was always very friendly and although we had some problems with the water due to the bad weather, they tried to be helpful and friendly. The problem was solved after a couple of hours, which I think was very fast for a pueblo that is in the middle of the mountains. I will recommend this hotel!

Ordered room service and got that wrong. Says 24/7 room service but restaurant was closed and no room service. Didn't clean the room and had to go to the front desk for fresh towels.

Simple but great place
Salento and Cocora valley are great places in Colombia. Hotel is well located and under construction to expand. No disturbance for the rooms... a bit walking and climbing to the restaurant. Looks like temporary.

Okay hotel but bad service
The hotel is in a good location in the town. The breakfast was nice in the restaurant above with great views. The service was terrible. We told the reception that our smoke detector was broken and they took it away to have a look at. They did not come back and when we repeatedly asked for a spare one they said they would not give us one and sniggered when we would approach reception. Whilst the rest of our experience was okay, we are paying guests and deserve to be treated as such not as an inconvenience.
