This B&B is located just outside the historic city of Waterford. We were greeted by Susan upon arrival and were offered tea and cakes. The room is tidy and spacious, parking on the property is easy. Many breakfast options are on offer, all cooked to order. Only regret was we were only able to enjoy this B&B for one night.

B&B with hotel sized spacious room.
Very nice clean spacious room, that is more like a good hotel room than B&B, at a good price. Hosts were great, very friendly and took great care of guests at breakfast, which was excellent. Great coffee from a proper expression maker. Will definitely recommend this property. It is however about 15 min drive to the town centre, still quite acceptable for the level of room standard.

Great views and hosts.
Samuel's Heritage is the perfect place to stay in Waterford. It sits just outside of town on a hill overlooking the entire area. It was so quiet, that even with the windows wide open, we slept better than we had during our entire trip. Renny, the black lab, is the perfect greeter for the guests. We were at the mercy of the ferry schedule, so we didn't arrive until later, but they were understanding and accommodating. Des immediately understood and asked if we had eaten; he called the restaurant down the street and made a reservation for us (delicious food). The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was made to order, hot, and delicious. The grounds were spacious enough to wander with spectacular panoramic views. This is the epitome of serenity. If you are in Waterford, then book this bed and breakfast!
