Fair
No one available when we arrived - no place to wait. Friendly but off setting showing accommodations. Good breakfast. Eager to check us out and left us, knowing we had no transportation. Other guests accommodated us into Waterford. Poor ambience.

A dream of a B&B guest house...
We stayed here on a 10 day trip around Ireland & can say without equivocation that it was wonderful. It met all our expectations & more. When we left we felt more like froends than guesys who had stayed. 100% thoroughly recommended.

Nice coastal town.
Stayed one night. Room nice, clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was great! Good Wifi. A few miles from city centre. Restaurant close by.

Great one night stay
This is a very nice B&B and the rooms were large and comfortable. The full Irish breakfast was delicious, served by our excellent hosts Susan and Desmond. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay in the Waterford area

Highly recoomend the B&B if you have a car. City centre is 10 minutes drive. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent.
