The room was quite small. There's ample storage for clothes etc., but for those who prefer to live out of their luggage, there's not much room to maneuver a couple bags and a couple people around the room. Rooms are also on second floor - with no elevator in sight (able enough to not bother asking reception about it), so not a great pick for those with mobility concerns.

Great little hotel, regular rooms are very small, but nicely appointed.

Pleased with stay. Good service and breakfast!
Had a good stay at this hotel. Close to metro to get to tourist attractions. Located close to an excellent diner. The breakfast is amazing with a large selection and home cooked feel and comfortable :)

Disappointed
Was overpriced and disappointing, tiny room with no a/c, no bathroom privacy and limited services

**Boutique hotel on Queen Street West, Toronto**
This hotel was in a good location, downtown Toronto, reasonable walking distance to subways/shops, and is on streetcar/bus routes. Stayed here for 2 nights. There were a few issues... 1- Booked a twin room, only to be told on arrival they don't have any and we'd have to share a double. Had sent three emails ahead of time to confirm the room allocation, and they didn't answer any of them. 2- Reception is up two flights of stairs, and the lift was broken for the entire duration of our stay. Not easy with heavy wheelie bags... 3- The room is TINY but well laid out - odd, though, to have the sink in the room, and not in the bathroom. 4- You would really have to know/like your travelling companion, as the bathroom is oddly laid out, so that when you slide the door across to close it, it reveals clear glass through which you can see directly into whoever is either on the toilet or in the shower! And directly opposite that glass panel, in the main room, is a full length mirror - so whether your companion looks left or right, they'll see you on the loo or in the shower.... Very odd. Overall I would recommend it only for a brief "we're only sleeping here" visit - you wouldn't/couldn't spend any significant time in the room as it's so small. However, there is a lovely rooftop terrace bar, and a ground floor restaurant (offering 15% discount + free soda), if you want to hang out.
