Very Good8.0
Disappointing
Hotel location and condition is fine except services was not satisfactory as requesting for extra pillows they run out of pillow -(as they provide pillow is too flat) and it is winter in Japan - room is too dry. Asked for a steamer which normal service in most Hotel in Japan, they will provide. But not this Hotel.

Expensive, tiny room and lack of service.
Definitely NO value for money. It is very expensive for the tiny room and lack of service. No change of bed linen unless you are staying for more than 4 nights. Centralized air condition. So you have to open the window to let cold air in and that creates another huge problem. The room faces highway and the road noise is bad. There's also a firestation next to the hotel so you may hear siren from time to time even during midnight. When it rains, the hotel did not have an umbrella that we could borrow.

Really soft beds!
Loved our stay here! The bed was so comfy and soft, with a really nice fluffy duvet. It was also walking distance to Ginza, which is really awesome for shopping. There were many train stations around the area, I used a different one every day. Will definitely stay again.

Rooms were tiny. Only good for single person with small suitcase.

Single person, short stay only.
Stay here only if you r traveling alone with 1 small suit case. Bathroom is really tiny. No air condition cold air but only heater during autumn n winter. No temperature control in the room. Stuffy n hot.
