Good value for the price. Beds hard. Good shower. Terrible location for food. Not good for tourists. Pillows big. Service friendly.

Room on the front. Very loud. Windows even if close are not like sealed so u have the impression u forgot the window open. Very dirty floor on the window side (dust) they dont clean it. bathroom was ok. Good warer pressure. Nothing fancy. Gets flooded when you shower. They forgot to replace the toilet paper and they tried to charge us twice (room was already paid by credit card, and next day they called us in the room and told us we still need to pay).

Nice Small Muslim Friendly Hotel
I am exremely happy with our stay in Cosiana Hotel Hanoi. Food is excellent and the staff service is top notch. Small hotel a little bit outside Old Quarter near the train station. For muslim traveller, this is the hotel to go to in Hanoi and Sapa as the have halal food.
