When we arrived the front desk asked me to pay again. I pulled up my receipt from Expedia to show proof of payment. That bothered me. Also our room smelled of mildew and that made us very uncomfortable.

As expected, pics of the place are better than reality. Staff was nice and breakfast more than adequate. Rooms are again adequate and bathrooms SMALL. Location however is great.

The bathroom toilent was not properly checked by staff. It was not working properly at times I had to personally add water to make it flush. Maintenance did not arrive on time after multiple assurances for schedule repair time. Maintenance did not honor the time and showed up later, I did not receive maintence due to other priorities.

Exceptional Cartagena Hotel
From the minute we stepped into the hotel until the time we left the staff and hotel were excellent. Great location, clean and comfortable room, roomy hot water shower all made our visit to Cartagena very memorable.

Nice enough. Seems like it was great 5 years ago and they haven’t maintained it. Terrible breakfast compares to all the other hotels we visited in Columbia it was ruthlessly bad. No pool sucked
