A traumatizing experience
The thermostat didn't work in the room i checked in, so we were switched to another room. Then the second room smelled like cigarettes, so I got switched to another room. So the last room I moved into, I was downgraded to a studio (I have originally booked a one-bedroom suite. Because I have this issue with insomnia, I made sure to book a one-bedroom suite so that I could get an extra space from my boyfriend if I fail to fall asleep). Thinking the downgrade is much better than feeling cold and shivering all night, I decided to stick with the studio. This whole process so far has not been pleasant, but everything so far was somewhat thinkable. I was upset I was not able to fully rest in the best condition possible, but these things can happen. But what happened to me next is beyond frustrating and infuriating. At 4:30 am in the morning, I hear the door clicking and somebody coming in. The front desk has issued a stranger the card access to my room!!!!! Imagine waking up in the middle of the night to the sound of your hotel room door flinging open and footsteps inside. That just happened to me last night. Just when you think you have a room/home of your own away from home-it is not. What procedures do they use to verify the room key and or vacancy? This is at fault.I usually use the deadbolt and latch, but since I was switched around so much and had so much stuff to move around, I seem to have forgotten.But still, how would I have imagined somebody would have access to my room?

The cleaning lady is very rude. She tells you if you are not out of the room i wont clean it up. Besides her and her bad attitude the hotel is excelent.
