This property is a hidden gem with all you could need and more. Nestled in it’s own private rainforest, hot tubbing and listening to the birds in the morning was one of our favorite parts. The cottage is stocked with dishes, cookware, and even spices and coffee. The bathroom had toiletries, and the closet was stocked with a picnic backpack, board games, sunscreen and even more. Very friendly, very clean. Loved every moment of our stay. Great for visitors looking to experience real Hawaii, not just tourist spots.

Conenient amd comfortable Volcano vacation rental
This was a great little cottage. We stayed here for 2 nights while exploring Volcano National Park. It was clean and comfortable and generally well appointed. It is close enough to the park we came back for lunch. We had a fully functional kitchen so we could cook breakfast and lunch. Then we went out for dinner. Our only complaint involved the cool weather. When we arrived it was dark, cold and rainy and all the windows were open. Consequently it took forever to warm the place up with only a fireplace and small space heater. The next day it was easier to keep it warm. We chose it for the king bed which is not the norm in the rentals we looked into. We would happily stay here again.

Beautiful cottage off beaten path
Great little cottage near volcano park. Not a very walkable area but private and quiet. Loved the hot tub and bed was comfortable. Some difficulty with keeping the place warm (via fireplace) and more small logs would have been good to start/keep the fire but any issues we mentioned were addressed quickly. Beautiful property.

fantastic one room condo in a rain forest
The owners were exceptionally generous in letting us come one hour early to unload our fridge and freezer items ! The one room condo is great – the only thing I would comment on is the bed was much less comfortable than two years ago when we stayed there. It has become very unsupportive !

Tropical Seclusion
2nd time around at these cottages and i'll be back. Stayed at the Hidden cottage this time and I liked it even more than the Singing Forest cottage. Very well designed, built and very homey from the little wood burning stove to the spa style bathroom and shower. It had all the comforts of home with a full kitchen and utensils, pots and pans, etc. The nicest touch was the hot tub out back in the tropical forest. A deck out back to relax on as well. Nothing but birds singing during the day and crickets at night. Only regret was only staying 2 nights
