Most comfortable hotel bed we ever slept in!
Stayed in Singapore for 2 days towards the end of 2.5 weeks honeymoon/birthday trip, I had to say that the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we ever stayed in, we even asked them what brand it was. Spacious single bedroom apartment with all of amenity included. The washing machine/drier combo was great and they provided laundry powders too. We put some load, went sight seeing, came back home with clean clothes. Hotel price in Singapore has gone up significantly post covid so we claimed our free reward night towards this stay which was great. The hotel gave us chocolate to congratulate us. I have been to Singapore multiple times but has never stayed in this part of town before. Location is reasonably central, opposite of Haji lane/Arab st. We went to a very nice bar called Bar Story. Hotel is close to MRT, about $20 to the airport by grab. Will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good hotel
The hotel was lovely. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Room was serviced daily which was really nice. Only downside is that the rooms do not have any windows that can open and so when you first enter the room there is a musty smell. However once you get the aircon going the smell becomes less noticeable. Another down side was the mattress is quite firm but again not major. The rooftop pool is a lovely way to cool down with great views and the gym is also well equipped. The hotel is well situated across from Arab street which has many places to choose from to eat. Only a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the airport. There was construction work happening outside our window however we were never disturbed with the noise. You could occasionally hear horns beeping from the road below us and sometimes you could hear activity at the mosque but this did not have any impact on sleep for us.

Good overall, but a few issues.
Good stay at Pan Pacific Suites. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had a problem with a blocked sink which was fixed immediately. Was less impressed with the used dishwashing sponge and stained dishtowel that was left for us. The sponge was replaced immediately but the dish towel was not. The sofa in the room was very uncomfortable and not much room for opening your luggage. To be fair we had quite a lot of luggage having been away for a month. Overall though the property was good. Location reasonably close to Bugis station, but there a lotnof roadworks going on nearby which meant pavements closed, and the most convenient path to the station seemed to be round the back of hotel past the service access.

Very well equipped room
Room was good. The kitchenette was well equipped with utensils and cutlery for 2 persons. Washer/dryer, oven, stove were all available to use. Room was tidy and all necessary amenities were provided as well. However there is no bath tub available and that is a slight disappointment to the stay.
