Hilton Panama

Unfortunate and inconvenient experience. Showed to the hotel and properrty was closed (shut down) greeted by a security guard who explained the hetel is not working due to covid. Tryied to explai to CRM and brought up that the service was not refundable. I explian that would apply if service was available and said thise were the rules and policies. He tryed to call the hotel only to find out lije i said that no one was answerind because its closed. All j was asking eas dor a refund but with this service i am considering to follow through and report ir as fraudeith that kind of responses. I will await CRM to provide a resolution lime it was promised withing 24 hrs while i figure out where to stay

The entire hotel was closed! No Guests and they never notified me they were not accepting guests. What is worse your company should have known not to reserve me a room. No hotels in Panama City were opened due to the current level of curfew and quaratine. I want to be refunded.

The pool/view from the pool area is amazing. Restaurant right at the pool (not a hotel run restaurant - great food and outdoor patio area). This is a fab hotel for the price in our opinion. The only place we stay when in Panama City. Rooms are spacious, modern and some stunning views.

It was a very pleasant stay, very clean and excellent staff. Only should consider the daily routine for housekeeping, they come in and put all the lights on without checking that anyone is there or having a sleep. Happened twice that all lights went on. Otherwise the property is excellent and I would recommend to anyone. Just don’t forget to put your privacy light on.

I'll keep this brief. I stayed in the presidential suite for 2 nights and3 days for $2600. The service throughout the entire stay was premium and very helpful. My biggest disappointment was the condition of the room as soon you walked in there are floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view of the water but the curtains wouldn't open. Another thing was the control of the A/C the main room wasn't functioning correctly. Finally when I wanted to host a small business event in the common area none of the speakers worked therefore there was no ambiance or atmosphere because all 16 speakers in the entire suite were not working. After investigating and having spoke with several employees they mentioned the curtains and A/C and speakers have been non-functional for over a month. Just a little frustrating when you pay to get away and things are not working. Aside from that a special shout out to Luis at reception who was super accommodating, Rafeal in the executive lounge, and Danny down by the pool bar he will make any drink at the highest quality and very personable.

This was one of the most beautiful Hilton's I have ever stayed in. The view is magnificent and rooms big and clean. The restaurant on site was really good as well. I would definitely stay there again.

Hilton was very modern and clean. Staff including concierge were helpful at any time we needed assistance. Room was great with robes and slippers provided.!! Great restaurants and pool/spa were fantastic!! Would definitely recommend!!

I Love everything about this property, Location is great you’ll have access to everything within minutes. Rooms are top of the line and very comfortable. The staff was Super friendly to me and my brothers. Katherine was Excellent. At this property They don’t see color they see customers. Will definitely stay there next month with my kids for Spring break!!!

Although it was only for a week, my experience was excellent overall. I had no complaints what so ever. I believe this was my third stay at this hotel and it has been excellent at all times. I plan to do so the next time I visit Panama, which more than likely will be in 2021.

I stayed first at a lower floor (15F). The floor was not cleaned properly. There were debris everyday. The drinking cups in the rooms were not washed.
