The place is located in a pretty run down area of town. The rooms are small and a bit pricey for what they are. The pool was empty when I arrived. The management is however very nice and the breakfast was generous and tasty.

Even though the staff was extremely nice the Hotel was not up to it. The shower was not working as well as the fridge (very nice they stored our drinks overnight for next day trip). The area roads were under maintenance not their fault of course but made the reach harder and the vehicle dusty.

Two Nights in Selcuk
The location was decent and easily accessible to the square, restaurants, the bus station and The Church of St. John. The breakfast was also good and had a nice variety. The hotel staff was helpful at breakfast time and with any questions about the sites/transportation. The downsides: the room was a bit cold and the water didn't get hot or stay warm very long. Also, the area the hotel is located in is an area where locals don't have natural gas in their homes. Therefore, most of the families are burning wood or other natural materials to heat their homes for winter. So, the whole area has a very strong smell of smoke and the air is very smokey/foggy. The first night, the smoke was awful, the second night it was more manageable. One other minor problem, that did get resolved, was the hotel tried to say that breakfast was not included and would be an extra 50TL per person. However, it was clearly stated on the booking that breakfast was included. Even on the hotel's profile, a few times it is listed that free breakfast is part of the room price. Luckily my boyfriend is Turkish so he was able to get the matter resolved, but anyone who is not Turkish should be advised to confirm with the hotel that breakfast is included before they shell out extra money.

Pleasant experience
One of the best hotels in selcuk. Nice, clean interior and friendly staff. One small warning to visitors, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel is a bit run down, but no need to worry as it is safe. People are very friendly in the area.

A little Oasis
This hotel is a little oasis in a back street in Selcuk. It is very Turkish in its furnishings with modern bathrooms and is very clean.The breakfast is extensive with something to please everyone and the staff are always on hand should you need anything. It is very close to Ephesus and seems to be very popular with tourists visiting the other nearby attractions. When we visited in October the restaurant was closed for winter but we found several very good places to eat and drink within walking distances of the hotel.

The property itself was good. The pool was good. However there was a sewerage like smell in several areas. There were 5 cats outside the rear rooms and 3 at the front door. There was also an old dog living permanently in reception. The main gentleman on reception was rude and unhelpful.

Slightly miserable bloke on reception when we arrived but everybody else was lovely. Room by the pool was great (and quiet). The road that the hotel is on appears a bit dodgy at first but it really isn't. Outstanding value for money.

Good size of the room, nice balcony overlooking the very enjoyable view of the swimming pool! Cozy atmosphere with nice & friendly staff! They proactively provide service for us and free brekkie provided! Just here for an overnight stay, very good so far!
