Cresta Sprayview

The breakfast buffet is excellent, rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the air conditioning didn't keep up the first night. It did better the next night when we closed off the bathroom door. The hotel is very convenient right on Livingston way and a short 15 minute walk into town

Unique gem. Loved the separate rooms for kids, children loved the pool. The food is amazing. Breakfast full. Enjoyed the whole stay here

Very customer focussed staff and comfortable rooms

Poor experience on checkout. We had a small balance of US$70 to pay. When they tried to collect it fist on my UK MasterCard and then my son's UK Visa, both were "rejected" by the machine connected to First Capital Bank.They asked us to pay cash, which we didn't want to. So, they tried again after 15 mins. Same result - they said this was probably a network problem within Zimbabwe. They insisted that we had to pay cash and we said we couldn't but would leave a written authority to collect manually when their network was working again. They said this wasn't possible as that needed to be arranged in advance prior to check-in. When our taxi arrived the recptionist mysteriously found another machine - this one connected to Stanbic and the payment was instantly approved. Apparently this is a commonly used trick within Zimbabwe, but we would expect a group like Cresta to be more honest. Also, the breakfast at $18 was very poor in quality and value.

Quiet location. Easy access to town. Friendly staff.

Good location, clean rooms and good staff. Breakfast was average, dry bread nothing special. The WiFi is pathetic cuts out constantly, need network extenders fitted the signal is not strong enough. Overall for the price is adequate.

Property was great but not enough water pressure to fill the toilet or have a shower. Staff outstanding.

Highly recommend. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Great location with shuttle to town and Victoria Falls. Food at restaurant was tasty but a little pricey.

A great place to stay! Clean quiet and great food. The free shuttle to "downtown" and the Vic Falls park entrance was a bonus!
