Horrible check in. Charged both my cards the same amount and then took out an extra 156 dollars on the side as a manual card entry. Fraud was committed. Our room was small when we ordered a suite and then we were placed next to a door that when opened and closed you could hear it spam shut all the time. And walls are paper thin. We heard someone’s iPhone Alarm go off every morning and it sounded like it was in our room. We booked 2 months in advanced and we got the worst room in the hotel. Avoid this place spend the extra and stay at the located inside Zion national park 5 minutes down the road.
I've visited Zion a few times. Springdale is basically a tourist town of restaurants, lodging and gift shops. This property is quiet, nice,and close to the gate. Steakhouse close by is excellent. The breakfast here is usually better than most motels...Covid breakfast is lacking, but dunno if that should count against the property. Rooms are big and clean, staff is helpful.
Great hotel within close proximity of the park. Hotel itself has an amazing view of the mountains. AWESOME Covid breakfast. Especially compared to most other hotels. Of course I’d prefer breakfast to be normal, but they do a fantastic job at making up for the lack of hot breakfast.
The rooms were cleaned to the current Hilton standard. Breakfast was quite good for these covid times with provisions for vegans.

EXCELLENT!! I couldn't say enough about this fabulous inn. The customer service was great and the view was spectacular. You can see Zion right there! Location was good and the breakfast was clean, (COVID-friendly) and delicious. Side note: the hand sanitizer they had around the hotel smelled lovely. Would highly recommend this place to ANYONE!

Lovely loc, warm staff, comfy bed. BUT the room was NOT CLEAN. To put it gently, the prior guests' private hairs were all over the shower. We checked in late & notified them as we saw (they were hidden between shower curtains). They said they'd come clean first in the a.m. They didn't, so we left & texted that we were out & they could come over next 2 hrs to which they said ok. Upon return, it was still not cleaned so I texted again. They apologized & said they misread my text & someone would come later (after we rested). We asked if we could borrow supplies to clean ourselves (not allowed). After a rest we ran out for less than 10 min (to get our service animal something for her paws) & got a message they tried to come but, b/c dog was there, they couldn't enter. We returned & left with dog again. When we returned late that night, it still wasn't cleaned. We were leaving the next am so we ended up having to shower in shoes & wipe down the entire room w/our own cleaning supplies we purchased to feel better about the cleanliness. Understand things happen yet, in this time where hotels claim extra deep cleaning & post steps taken to calm our nerves, this was really gross & unfortunate. We could've asked to change rooms but they'd have to clean an entire room again so didn't. We get paying $75 for extra cleaning for an ESA but not on top of having to clean our own room. Disappointing. Hate writing bad reviews but discussed w/team 1st to no avail. Could've been handled better.
Very clean and super friendly staff! Denise at the front desk was especially friendly and knowledgeable! Conveniently located. Will definitely visit again soon!
The hotel is more of a resort Lodge and it is a simple Hotel. They do a very nice job with everything. Even with Coleman, they had an excellent system of having Gest sanitizer hands then put on gloves and then go through mind to get pre-packaged food. The only problem was the non-native English speaking customers such as the Russians, Japanese, and such could not read the signs and the directions of what they were supposed to do. The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious. Showers were very hot and comfortable. Only complaint would be that the towels are small. But that's rather nitpicky. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to the area. I wish I had booked more nights.
