Such potential... unrealized
This place has such potential and it could easily rise to a four-star. The location is good, the lobby and the ambience is exceptionally good. The rooms, at least our room, was abysmally outdated. I had flooring that was peeling away, but it was so extraordinarily dirty, as well as the bathroom when we got there. The soap dispenser were virtually empty, and the trash can was not even emptied! They have a community bathroom next to the pool, and it was totally out of supplies. No paper towels, and the soap dispenser there was also empty! I think the biggest problem is is that management does not care, and neither do the employees. They would sit around waiting for something to do when there was all kinds of stuff that they could have been taking care of. We had one meal, and that was enough to prove that we did not want to eat there. A simple hamburger was tiny and tasteless.
