3 night trip in May. Hotel is well located, right next to a metro stop and only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Rotterdam. Surrounding area is quiet but beautiful as it’s right on the water and the views of the busy docks are boss. Service was superb and our room ( waterfront view with a sauna) was excellent. Downstairs bar was well stocked and staffed. Fully recommend

This is a not a 5* hotel. It has a potential to be 5*, but the service was not adequate. No complimentary water in the room, which should be a standard. Charge me £10 extra and make me feel special - that just a small hint ;)
