Nice B&B and we have no major complains but we were very disappointed to see staff cleaning the rooms and walking around without masks. Another issue was the really dirty carpet in our room. Other than that the location and the room were nice and we will stay again.

Pillows or not ....a clean great place to stay
This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and I stayed again because it’s so clean and my daughter loves the indoor pool. The only complaint is the pillows are so flat, it’s be nice to have better pillows or at least two pillows per person.

Nice Place But...
Check in was pleasant. Our room was very big and smelled clean. The back door brought us onto a nice porch for us to sit on. The room above us had some heavy walkers as we could easily hear them walking around but it did not cause any issues sleeping. The only unpleasant issue was the shower. Due to the slickness of the shower stall I fell and hurt my face and leg. There were no handles near the shower or in the shower to grip on to prevent the fall. My face was heavily bruised and since we were there for our son's wedding, it did cause emotional anguish for me. We did find once we were home my nose was broken. The hotel manager was sympatric and offered his help, which was appreciated.

Lovely property. Everything you need, and close to the center of Mystic. Our 4th time over the last 10 years, and the best stay yet. Even with the issues of COVID-19. Staff super friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

Awesome spot.
This is a beautiful Inn with an indoor pool and elliptical room. The room is spacious, with a great balcony in the back. Comfortable and relaxing, and the staff is very accommodating.
