Enjoyable place
The people were friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that it is a non-smoking facility since I have asthma. The pool area was clean and we had fun playing in the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy were available. We were pleased with our stay.

I have stayed at this property three times in the last few months. Overall the cleanliness is ok, but this time I noticed smudges and smears all over the headboards and wood furniture. The bathroom was ok. Chrome spigot in tub is caked in lime sediment. I realize you might be short staffed. I appreciate details and think maybe on slow days someone can go polish furniture and take care of details. Staff is ALWAYS polite and helpful.

No hot water for two days. Need to extend breakfast on the weekend. They turned the coffee and juice machines off at exactly 9:00 while people were still eating. If you want to put the food up that 9:00 that's fine but leave the coffee on till people finish eating. Many unhappy people over no hot water and breakfast service.
