Loved the location and kitchenette but aside from that not an enjoyable stay. Service staff were helpful and kinds but had enormous issues with reception. I was unable to reach anyone for three days to modify reservation (one line rang busy and the other was just not answered). I was fine without a refund or credit but their complete lack of flexibility when their were vacancies was awful. During my stay my Citibike was stolen from inside the property and reception could not be bothered offered no help until I mentioned information was needed for police report. Super disappointed since this location is close by to my business and would have been ideal as a recurring stay.
