We like the location of the hotel, close to city centre. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately rooms needs some attention, beds and sofa beds were very uncomfortable and had no stove vent when cooking. Had tight restrictions on using the washing machine, which was a hassle, and had no washing line to use.

We booked through Expedia and paid $150.08 which was collected by Expedia and charged to our credit card at time of booking (25.4.21). We stayed one night on 22.5.21 and $127.57 was deducted from our credit card by Arena Motel on 22.5.21. We have paid twice for one night's accommodation and request a refund. Please advise when we can expect this and whether Expedia or the motel are responsible.
