Nice hotel, staying for business. Good reception staff, helpful ancillary staff (doormen etc) and clean. Only issue is not being able to access other floors via lift eg if a friend/colleague is on another floor.

Nice tourist hotel
Good hotel. Clearly a tourist destination so being there on business was a bit odd. Staff were lovely and the bar restaurant did was excellent. Had breakfast and dinner buffet in the other restaurant and both were disappointing. Had i been a tourist I'm sure i would have eaten out.

We stayed in a club suite (upgrade 😊 ) and we couldn't have been happier. The suite was large, and very comfortable. access to the Lounge was wonderful. We especially liked the welcome from all the staff we interacted with. Louise on reception, and Bella in the 31st floor lounge were so helpful and friendly. And all the staff in the restaurant (delicious buffet breakfast ) and lobby were very nice. The hotel is walkable to the Marina promenade via a stairway across the street, and then it's easy to walk to the Marina Mall (about 25 mins stroll) . The Metro is about a 15 minute walk and then so convenient to get to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. We found taxis to be very reasonable too. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
