WORST HOSTEL IN PRAGUE!
NEVER STAY HERE...there are MUCH better places closer to the center of Prague. Claustrophobic rooms, 10 EUROS for a hamburger, restaurant very expensive, nothing close-by (at least a KM to anything...including transit!). Manager was arrogant & unhelpful...stayed there with my band (we're Canadians)...manager was ok when we paid him cash for a week-long stay, in advance...but when our itinerary changed unexpectedly, so did his facility with English. Wouldn't even give us a token refund.NEVER STAY HERE.

Hostel plnej štěnic
Katastrofa hostel je plnej štěnic jsme s přítelkyní oba hodně postipani po jedné noci ztravene v tomto podniku a jen doufáme, že jsme si štěnice neprivezli domu. Věznice je oproti tomuto ubytování ve všech smerech asi o deset tříd výš.

Arnaque et Impolitesse du personnel
A EVITER !! 1/ une semaine avant d'arriver, j'avais le choix entre une chambre de 4 lits avec une belle vue ou bien une chambre contenant un lit double. J'ai choisi celle avec le lit double. 2/ arrive autorisé entre 14h et 23h. arrivant sur les lieux le jour J à 22h10, les surprises commencent : - Personnel impoli, hautin et pas du tout accueillant (Le monsieur mince et grand avec une barbiche) ==> il n'avait pas de gêne a me montrer qu'il était agacé de ma venue. - Il ne trouve pas ma réservation,limite il me traite de menteur. Il finit par trouver au bout de 20 minutes. - il me donne la chambre que je n'ai pas choisie,j'essaie de lui expliquer par differentes façons mais il ne veut rien comprendre et encore pire il me dit : * Cet établissement est pour les jeunes pas pour toi (j'ai 29 ans !!!!! ) * Estime toi heureux tu ne paies que 5 €/personne, pourquoi tu nous embêtes pour cette chambre * l'heure d'arrivée est normalement a 22h au plus tard ==> Je lui montre dans le mail que c'est jusqu'a 23h... * Si tu veux ta chambre,tu devras payer 600 Cz (environs 25 €) !!!! Vu l'état de la première chambre, j'ai dû céder à l'arnaque et a son comportement impoli et payer ses 600 CZ et avoir une chambre correcte.. Pour quelles raisons j'ai cédé ? J'étais avec mon bébé de 2 ans et il était 23h... j'avais peur aussi pour ma voiture garée devant... Bref, evitez ce lieu ou l'arnaque et l'impolitesse sont leur devise principale.
