距離宜蘭火車站很近，東門夜市近在咫尺，附近有麥當勞，統一超商，房間寬敞沒有壓迫，浴室寬敞，有淋雨有浴缸，看得出老飯店的懷舊氛圍。室外隔音佳，適合要找一個棲身又不需為了額外設施付費的飯店的旅人，我用早餐當天供應有些忙亂，吐司有斷貨，建議可以視當日用餐人數臨時購買餐卷（洽飯店）。 整體經驗尚佳。

老飯店但維護管理妥善
老飯店但維護的不錯，比想像中好。小而美，員工素質也好。飯店地點方便，早起去附近景點可避開人潮。唯一美中不足，廁所馬桶旁没有廁紙架，只能使用洗手檯的面紙，距離遙遠，而且容易導致馬桶阻塞。
