One of the few options in the area
The hotel staffs were really nice. Unfortunately the hotel and facilities were not in good conditions. The room smelt smoking even I had requested for changing rooms for 3 times, the smoking smell was in all rooms. The hairdryer functioned only for 1 minute, so I had to dried my hair in 5 times...... Internet didn't work properly, there was no connection for one night. In short, good staffs but poor facilities.

Bit Shabby....
There was a strong smell of Diesel near and around the lift. The room stank of cigarettes and I was told that smoking is forbidden. I love that! It is forbidden so it did not happen!!! There was plenty of hot water though. That does not change the fact that the rooms looked very drab and unpleasant. I would not want to spend more than one night there. Breakfast was limited. The restaurant attatched to it is painfully slow and the staff seemed not particularly bothered. The food was at poor and over extremely over-priced. I would not go back.

Ideal location for multiple resorts
The Hotel is in an ideal location to base your self for skiing multiple resorts such as Morzine, Les Gets, Flaine etc.... The accommodation was extremely clean and functional. The hotel is very easy to find as its on the main road through Cluses on your way to Taninges. The staff were very welcoming and very friendly.
