Can't fault the staff they were all amazing, the property is a little dated but still really good, beach view was stunning as well. The only thing we hated was the neighbouring properties have extremely loud parties every night....2.30am and it's so loud we didn't get any sleep for days. This hotel was very nice, exactly as pictured. The location was great, a quick walk along the beach to the beach clubs, Finn and Atlas. The beach club and restaurant at the hotel, Vue, was also great. The hotel was right on the beach and had beautiful views of the sunset. The staff were very polite and helpful. They were able to arrange transportation for us to and from the airport. We had a great time here.

We stayed for only 1 night over here. We paid 12,200 INR. We had booked 2 rooms. To start with the room, the rooms were very old. It demands renovation. The shower was not working properly. The mirrors were dirty. The towels were looking like they were used. The curtains were torned and stained. One room had very dirty view and obstructed view to ocean. Room no. 556. The right side view was very dirty with mud. The staff was not providing us shuttle service to us but other people were using their shuttle over hours. They finally helped us after insisting. The cutlery they provided were literally dirty. In a nutshell, they really need to up their customer service and their construction for the hotel. We are super disappointed.
