My group arrive at the hotel at 4.30 pm and was offer all smoking rooms and no non smoking rooms are available at 4.30 pm. Had to wait another 30 mins to check in and then was given a smoking room by mistake. I have to go back there to request again for non smoking room.

One of my favourite hotels in Jakarta. Lovely rooms a d great facilities like swimming pool and gym. Service, as always, was first class. I hurt my back and was struggling to walk for a few days but all the staff looked after me really well and ensured I had everything I needed to be comfortable!
