Very happy with my stay at the Ecoinn; it's a short walk from Esslingen Am Neckar station or 2 stops on the bus. Lovely friendly team and a warm welcome on arrival and in the restaurant. The basket of apples is a nice touch! My room was perfectly cleaned, very bright with big windows. Plenty of space to store your stuff and a spacious room. The bed was firm but not too firm: one enormous pillow and a comfy duvet. Shower room was well lit, well cleaned, had an extractor fan and had good water pressure - always a bonus! The buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied, they had gluten free bread on request and a good selection of local produce. I specifically chose the hotel for its proximity to an event: there's a community cinema next door and you're close to Esslingen town for the shops and the excellent public transport.

It gets the job done.
This is a great hotel for the weihnactsmarkt, but it is somewhat sparse. The internet connection is noticeably slow. The staff were friendly and helpful though, and the rooms were clean. I'd say a solid 3 stars.

Prima verblijf op loopafstand van binnenstad
Hotel met prima ligging t.o.v. historisch centrum Esslingen. Kamer was netjes en coronaproof. Aandacht voor duurzaamheid is een pluspunt. Ligt leuk boven het riviertje. Goede ontvangst, aardige mensen. Ontbijt goed.

Stadtnahe Lage, recht großes Zimmer, gute Betten, freundliches Personal, sehr ansprechendes Frühstück, guter Abstand, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Einziges Manko: Keine Ablageflächen im Bad. Und das hat nichts mit Corona zu tun

Es war sehr schön im EcoInn. Frühstück auf der Terasse mit Wasserrauschen ... herrlich. Frühstückssituation Coronabedingt etwas unorganisiert. Könnte man mit Bestellzettel am Tisch, den man ausfüllt, vereinfachen. Die Betten sind schmal und kurz. Nichts für lange Menschen 😄
