The room was not available at check-in time. We had to wait >6hours for the room to be ready. The bathroom door did not close. There was no liquid hand soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. The hotel staff were not helpful.

Location was amazing, Clean, Design perfect, But .... Too much noise from other room like no privacy and feeling them sitting in my room , there was closed door in wall between my room and other room and it’s making no privacy and noise coming easily!! Hot water stopped suddenly while taking shower and it was soo weak and slow and shower instead of taking five minutes it’s taking 25 minutes!! And no slippers!

I was able to check in early without any charges, free underground parking but the space to Park car is very narrow, parking is not monitored, parking gate always remains open which prompts outsiders Park their vehicles as well. No microwave oven to warm food, wifi is not stable and always needs to pass security page to login.

The picture you have posted on your site for the lobby and all, is nothing close to what it presents itself as today. The furniture in the main lobby, the tiles, and the welcome appearance has a 'worn' and 'tired' appearance. The room is a bit small, esp bathroom. The room furniture is worn and tired, the bathroom sink, shower and hand tools have been updated which is nice. The bed is decent with white sheets and enjoyed the complimentary coffee, tea and water.

My husband and i stayed here for a night as we were leaving for Dubai the next day. I would recommend it for a quick stopover and not a longer stay. The rooms are a bit old and i wasn't a fan of the carpets ( too dark, made it hard to tell if they were clean). Joshua was very professional and helpful. The food was good. Overall, only good for a short stay.
