why advertise bad hotels
it was awful staying at this hotel, I always stay at different hotels never one like this one bad attitude from clerk. dirty towed inside the room the smell inside it was terrible. the curtains did not cover the whole window it was a bad experience I was not able to sleep just thinking how insecure my room was your company always recommends good hotels but this one is a oriole hotel

DO NOT STAY HERE
Worse stay ever. Room was gross. There was mold on the wall. The carpet was disguisting. If you think you are getting the room you see on the internet you are mistaken. The headboard had been ripped off the wall. The refrigerator didn't get cold. We had no remote for the tv. Internet says pay per view but we didn't have any. The ceiling tile in bathroom was falling in. The parking lot was so gross. We got a prank call at 10pm then had someone show up at our door at 10:30 saying they were maintenance. I didn't feel safe here at all. Car alarms started going off at 3am. I would never stay here again and have tried to contact someone because I feel we deserve a refund since this is not the motel rooms that are portrayed on the internet but it's impossible to find an email address for this location.

scary stay
the staff knew what they where doing and could respond quickly. and did notice the note about roof work. but the bathroom tiles where broken and laying on the floor. only one outlet was easy to get to. strange stains on the carpet. drywall had water damage behind it because it was bowing out. same wall: the base bored was laying against it. lamps and tables wobbled. every time the a/c kicked on the room smelled of mold. one point the door was kicked in and repaired with a 2x4, was scared to leave my stuff there. the lady 2 doors down was fighting with a guy and could hear everything said inside the room. that is something we can only ask to claim down about, and also know it's not the hotel fault.

Horrible Hotel
We arrived around 11 pm at night and the hotel was very busy we were all arriving at the same time so it was bad for the lady behind the window but she was not friendly at all and when we got to our room we wanted to take showers before going to bed so we called to get more towels because the ones we had were very old and worn out she rudely said she had none left and we would have to get more in the morning . We tried to turn on the T.V. It was broken no picture just fuzzy so we called her back and she told us to wiggly the cords on the back of it because of course the maintenance man wasn't on duty and she could move us to another room but it would only have 1 bed not 2 beds in it so we had no T.V. . The next morning we awoke and called for more towels so we could shower before leaving of course we get the same answer that she's out BUT she adds rudely that did we know that Hotels.com doesn't pay immediately for our room . I'm not sure why she brought it to our attention but I was very upset she would slur Hotels.com when I've had nothing but Awesome customer service and I've never had another hotel complain about getting paid from Hotels.com . I hope you pull this place from your listings and I promise I'll never stay there again ever !!!

DISGUSTING!!!!
This hotel was nasty in every way! Despite booking (with a hotels.com rep) a smoke free room the room we entered reeked worse than smoky night club. The lady at the front desk was rude and informed me they didn't even have smoke free rooms. The whole places was filthy and looked like a drug haven on an episode of CSI.

Needs some repair
The a/c in our first room didn't work, so the staff gladly assigned us a new room. The a/c worked good in that room. The rooms are in need of repair and fresh paint. The weather seals around the door were worn, and a lot of paint in the room was literally chipping. The beds were adequate, but springy. The staff was courteous. Not a bad stay, but the inn is getting run down, and is in need of renovation. The pool appeared clean and maintained.

Room had dirty at least an inch out from the baseboards, sheets has stains , room was suppose to be non smoking and smelled of smoke. I alerted staff of these complains and she told me the room was clean and I wouldn't be refunded. I went to another hotel.

Oh So SO
I was very uncomfortable in the room, but too late to change motels. It was due to the room appearing filthy, mostly because the carpet was badly stained in many places. Everything was run down, and did not have things other motels have i.e. microwave, frig, decent pillows, quilt, etc. Of course the outside was also run down. Walls were bare, TV very old, no coffee pot in room or continental breakfast.
