staff are very friendly & helpful, the pretty girl at the front desk tried her best to help us to fix the non-working air-conditioner even very late at night so that we can have a good sleep spa facilities are good, but u need to make a reservation for the message before u check-in since it is very full (with day trip guests to use the spa facilities, i can only booked a 25 mins aroma massage at 6 and my husband can only booked his 55 mins session at 9 after we checked in) would be nicer if breakfast with more varieties

Nachtessen, Zimmer, Sauberkeit alles top! Einzig die Zusatzkosten für die Poolbenutzung am späten Nachmittag (nach einer langen Reise etwas teuer für eine Stunde. Servicepersonal speziell im Restaurant sehr aufmerksam. Im Hauptgebäude leider kein Lift vorhanden und beim Check-In etwas umständlich. Preis- Leistung stimmt aber.

Werkelijk een schitterend Resort, de weg er naar toe is er één met obstakels maar hou vol, je wordt beloond op een parel... Alles super netjes, modern en dan die Wellness... Dit is wat je zoekt als je veel sauna's / spa's hebt gezien. SFEERVOLLER kan het bijna niet.

Romantika v Maximus
Skvělý relaxační pobyt. Hotel odpovídá 4*, je zachovalý, udržovaný, taktéž jeho okolí a wellness. Recepce rychlá, ochotná, usměvavá, vše vyřízeno bleskurychle. Úklid pokoje každý den, bez připomínek. Pokoj standardní, přiměřeně velké, udržované, opět bez připomínek. Potěší prezentace v televizi s představením hotelu a okolí. Z jídel jsem využili pouze snídani (v ceně), přiměřený výběr, oceňuji domácí zákusky, jinak běžná středoevropská snídaně jenž se z 95% nemění. Co vyzdvihnout je wellness, nebude jej popisovat, postačí se podívat na stránky hotelu a skutečnost je mnohem lepší. S ohledem na ostatní recenze jsme služby využili po 20hod, kdy jsme si užili romantiku pod měsícem s hvězdičkami a barovými službami, s námi pět dalších hotelových hostů, kteří se ztratili v tomto rozsáhlém areálu. Wellness je otevřené do 22:30hod, tedy časové rozmezí více než dostatečné. Další skvělou věcí je hotelový shuttle bus, jenž vás dopraví na nejbližší zastávku tramvaje, jenž jede přímo do centra Brna. Jak bus tak i tramvaj jezdí velmi často a to pozdních nočních hodin. Celkově musím hotel Maximus zcela doporučit, tedy není pro děti(minimální zázemí), ale to je dobře, protože hotel pro určený pro relaxaci a odpočinek, a tam děti nepatří :)
