A very dated hotel. The outside is deceiving. You open the door to your room and the old carpet and curtains make the room smell musty and old.

Location, location, location!
This location is amazing. Right in the middle of Keystone. You are 5 minutes from Mt. Rushmore and only about 45 minutes from Deadwood. The downtown area is fun. The rooms are a bit small and the bathroom is tiny. But the beds are comfortable and everything was clean. The hotel staff was marvelous and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel needs a renovation. Location is great! Downtown Keystone, shops, restaurants all with walking distance. Mt. Rushmore only 10 minutes away by car. No breakfast except for an apple, candy. Very disappointing considering what you are paying for the room.

The rooms were pretty small for the price. No microwave except in the main lobby. No hot breakfast, no house keeping. We had to change out our own trash and take all our dirty towels down to get clean ones. The pool was open but the hot tub was not working right. The location was amazing however.

location was right in the middle of town which was great for those who are looking for the touristy stuff to do. Front desk clerk seemed bored and scripted. Was hard to understand.

Seems we have lost of a lot since this virus stuff started. Some hotels still offer full service but most like these reduced services. Save money but we are still charged the same. Staff.. amazing. Room - just ok. Towels, felt i should of brought my own. Cheap, yuk No room cleaning daily. Bring your old towels to the front desk if needing new ones. Breakfast. A joke. A bag of some items. I guess why they tell you when you check in were you can go eat breakfast around town. Parking can be a little tough when they are busy. My wife would never stay here but was just ok for me and my friend. Prob would not go back.
