Noisy Late at Night!
First they had no record of my booking when I checked in.
Then they have a function room on Level 1 which meant I couldn't get any sleep until their music stopped at 12:30am.
When I mentioned the noise at check-out, they tried to blame the cafe behind them and that they have been trying for a while to have them reduce the noise. The noise was definitely coming from Level 1 (I was on Level 2).
The (cheaper) rooms on Level 2 also come without any sort of view. The window opens onto a wall.

Great location, lovely pool and spa with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast rather basic and far from 5* standard. Also breakfast is included for all so not really a VIP Access benefit. Room was missing an armchair and bathroom was small. Go for higher category for more comfort.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Perfect location, gorgeous room, awesome massive spa, tasty breakfast. Fantastic staff with standout Blerim at the front desk who is a great ambassador for the hotel.
