We stayed in the Copper Cabin which was very comfortable and very clean. The owner's and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and would return again.
Great location, welcoming reception... Would come back
The staff was nice, and the cabin was very cozy and clean.
I have some familiarity with hotels around the area, and wanted to give this place a try, to celebrate my engagement. The location is fantastic, especially if you want to beat the traffic to the limited parking areas, as I wanted. If you aren't ready to get up as early as we did, they do work with the area shuttle, so you can get to Moraine Lake. The hotel was fairly quiet, although if you have windows open, you will hear other folks on the patio and road traffic. That being said, we were lucky to have folks around us that were mindful of sound and not overly loud. The kitchenette is well stocked. I should have did a bit more research because I would have bought more food to make use of it, but we still had the equipment we needed for our lunch. The staff was willing to accommodate our late check in notice, and they were good about communicating their COVID response. We made it in before the desk closed and as a result we got tips on hikes we can try next time. I couldn't give this a perfect rating because the bed was pretty awful. I didn't make a point of asking to move or complain because we were only crashing for a few nights, but any longer and we would have felt it. It just felt old. I hope that at some point they'll move from Queens into Kings because they have the space for it. You can hear the doors and people outside, but the sound from wall to wall was great. The shower isn't meant for tall folks as well but their toiletries are fantastic.
Quite and clean, very easy to get around Lake Louise from this location.
We stayed in a Wilson Cabin, which was clean, spacious enough for two, and had convenient amenities. However, even though it is described as being located in the 'center of the property' our cabin faced the busy main road, which was very noisy with heavy traffic - not the serene Rockies experience we were hoping for when we booked. The staff were very friendly but could not change our cabin as the property was fully booked. Nevertheless, some ear plugs did the trick to help us sleep soundly at night. The location of the property, which is just a few minutes from Lake Louise, was perfect. I would definitely come back and stay at Paradise Lodge & Bungalows, but hope not to get the short straw with the cabin facing the main road ;)
Stayed in one of the cabins and it was perfect for a few days stay. If you do book a cabin request one near the back of the property. These are much quieter in terms of road noise.
Very nice location Nice Views, clean well organized
Loved the cute little fireplace. Very clean, rustic-feel, cozy cabin.
Unforgetable stay! Cozy, clean, great location, beautiful area and quick check in/out process :) We spent one night for my husband’s Birthday and we just loved this place and wish to book it for more nights. I would definitely recommend!
