    Wonderful Trip!
It was our first overnight trip together. The room was very comfortable and we loved the shower. We’re definitely coming back.

Truly enjoyed my stay! Facility was neat/clean, overall service and coordination between hotels.com and hotel desk/management was good, the room was comfortable and decor was relaxing/felt like a log cabin stay. Adorable!

Great Location Just Outside Yosemite’s South Gate
Great time at and around Narrow Gauge. Receptionist was very knowledgeable about the area and helped tremendously to navigate the shutdown impact on Yosemite, the Ski Area, and weather conditions. Was nice to walk with the family to nearby Yosemite Steam Train. Hotel is older and rustic, so met expectations, and exceeded in most cases. Only downside was it seemed like smokers had stayed in the room recently with a pet, as there was some faint smokey odors and the occassional pet hair.

    Just ok !
It was a quite pretty surrounding and the view from balcony was very beautiful. However, the beds creaked a lot and the bathroom exhaust sound was extremely loud. Sheets were not neat and the extra pillow cover had stains. And wifi speed was very slow. However, the lady at the reception was nice. She suggested to carry a receipt of our stay so we could use hwy 41 to go to Yosemite as most were being asked to turn around and take hwy 140. Saved us some time there to go to Badger Pass.

    Not great
Don’t spend $10 on their abysal breakfast. The dinner menu was overpriced as well. The room gave the 2 of us an allergic reaction and the lady at the front desk gave us bad information about the roads. It is very secluded (which is expected in Yosemite) but there are definitely better located hotels. Would not recommend staying here. Checked out early.
