Excellent service, homey property
What sets this place apart was the excellent service. Sebastian went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a pleasant one. At first the place seemed a bit sketchy from the outside and elevator, but the room was quite nice. Clean bathroom, well working wifi, and a nice view from my room. Great choice and great value for a stay in Pereira.

Great option in Pereira
Close to the bus station, this is a great option for travellers. Incredibly spacious apartments, very comfortable enormous beds, breakfast delivered to your door at a time of your choosing, staff as helpful as possible given they don't speak much English. Only negative was our place faced the main road and it became pretty noisy from quite early.

The receptionist tried to charge me COP10000 even though my booking said all taxes and fees paid! He did not speak a word of English and war he got someone from the floor above the reception to come and argue with me as the money was for INSURANCE? I said I have paid my private travel insurance covering everything. As long as cleaners don't come into my room I don't need to worry that someone from the street or another guest would break into my room. Breakfast was really good and that is all that was good. Bedding was smelling as if they didn't change. The room smelled mouldy. I thought it woul have been quieter since it wasn't really close to the city centre but it was noisy. I wouldn't recommend as there must be Bette value hotels and I would not stay here ever again!
