Previous time I stayed at this resort was about 6-9 months ago. Since then, it has seen the effects of the COVID virus. No breakfast; have to ask for water to be delivered to room; no face or hand towels/had to ask and general housekeeping. While the staff was still great; first class and accommodating/there are just not enough guests to allow for "normal" amenities that one assumes will be there. I love KEP and do hope that things will change for the better. Vanna still is a great location and hope for the the best going forward.
