We loved our stay here! Facilities and amenities were incredible. Lovely location right on the lake front with cafes and restaurants in walking distance. All of the staff were so kind and helpful. We were sad to only have been there one night!

Amazing! We stayed 2 nights to maximize our chances to see Mt Fuji. We saw it the day we arrived and the day we were leaving! It was truly magnificent. We loved sauna and the hot tub. Very relaxing. The room was huge! 2 balconies to observe Mt Fuji. Food was also delicious. We rented bikes and biked around the lake. 2 nights is a perfect amount to stay - 1 night I feel like would be too rushed and there’s not much to do for more than 2 days around the area.
