Great location, staff and facilites.
Fantastic location, and wonderful polite and helpful staff. I had a King studio room and it exceded my expectations with having a full size fridge and cooking facilities. So close to Kings park, a quick but puffed walk up jacobs ladder and you are there. And so close to walk into the city, very close to Elizabeth Quay train and bus station. I had no car so the parking issue did not worry me, would definitely stay again if on foot.

Clean tidy and pleasant service. Nearby restaurant closed Mon and Tues. Coffee shop inside hotel not open by advertised time on both mornings we were there which was disappointing. No parking available on site but noticed staff park their cars out front over night while guests park down the street and have to walk back to hotel (in the rain!)
