This is a brand new hotel opened in June 2026, 2 weeks before my visit. Staff are amazing, very helpful. Food is excellent. Location is excellent accross from the Lisberg amusment park. The convention center is 10-15 min walking. You can also take the tram but it is just 1 stop away. There was an issue with leak but they moved me quickly to a new room. Room size is OK, little bit on smaller size especially with large king and a small bunk bed. This is amazing set up for those with small kids. Highly recommend and if I visit GOT again I will stay in it.

Hotel is new, rooms are of good size for a family of 4. Breakfast is good but it seems that staff doesn't keep the flow of the guests, you have to wait and or even ask to getba clean table. From time to time food is not replenished at the Speed It should be. You have to tell them the day before before 22:00 you want your room cleaned, we were never told that during check-in although it wouldn't have helped since we checked in at midnight. It is a great value and if your going to Liseberg or World of Volvo it's right in the spot.

This hotel is located perfectly if you're interested in visiting Liseberg, Universeum, Scandinavium or other nearby vicinitys. Gothenburg is a farliy small city so it was also walking distance to the restaurant and shopping district as well. Our stay was during July so it was cramped during breakfast even though we tried eating at different times. Pros: - Gym - Positive and helpful personnel - The room and beds - The breakfast offerings Cons: - The 'chaotic' atmosphere during breakfast, its a family hotel and we were there during the summer holiday so it was (of course) packed with guests. - One elevator out of order during our stay so some waiting was needed (stayed at the 11th floor, a bit to high up to walk up) - No parking available, we had to pay approx 600SEK/24h in a nearby parking garage

Fräscha lokaler men underbemannat Det syns att hotellet är nybyggt då allt är väldigt fräscht och fint, även om rummen är ganska små. Tyvärr upplevde vi att det var alldeles för lite personal på plats under vår vistelse. Det märktes i receptionen, restaurangen och under frukosten.När vi skulle checka in var receptionen obemannad och vi fick vänta i 20 minuter. Telefonnumret på skylten ledde bara till telefonen i den tomma receptionen, så vi fick till slut be restaurangpersonalen om hjälp för att få vårt rum. Hoppas hotellet tar till sig av detta och ökar bemanningen, för grunden är bra!

Mycket fint hotell med suveränt läge några minuter från stranden. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig. Frukosten var fräsch. Mindre pool på takterrassen som funkade bra att sitta några stycken i. Det fanns ingenstans att hänga och torka badkläder och badhanddukar, vi hade önskat att det fanns en handdukshängare.
