    Stayed one night before we flew home. Hotel was just what we needed after 3 weeks travelling round Ethiopia. With a bit more time on our hands, we would have wanted a few more facilities (eg a pool), but for the amount of time we had, this hotel covered our needs.

    Radisson Blue, please do something...

    Below expectation when compared to usual Radisson Blue hotels Should have chosen the Sheraton Addis Ababa, much much better. This hotel has no pleasant public spaces, no garden. For is sub-par, to say the least (always when compared to what we can expect from this brand in other countries.

    The location was central and the rooms clean and good size, with added bonus of a lot of English Language TV, which helped on a Sunday Evening as there was much else open/to do. The tourist desk was relatively useless, I encountered 4 different staff and only 1 was any use. Starting with asking what there was to do on arrival the answer was the hotel restaurant, to being told Addis was to dangerous, no city maps available. 1 lady was good and she was able to set us straight and let us go immerse ourselves in the city

    Excellent food and service

    Everything was excellent. Breakfast was very healthy and with local materials. Executive lounge was wonderful too and didn't compromise on food quality which usually happens in some hotels. Due to limited land occupancy this hotel doesn't have its own gardent, but on the other hand it provides easy access from the street compared to Sheraton and Marriott in Addis. The front desk let us check out the evening in before so the next morning we just left the keys and caught the early flight, something not possible in every hotel.
