    Modest, well-located 3 star hotel

    Somewhat old-fashioned but cozy hotel with large rooms, some with balconies. Decor and facilities are dated, so this is not the place to come if you like sleek, modern design and trendy amenities. We enjoyed our stay overall but found a few small maintenance issues that detracted from our stay (shower wouldn't drain properly, broken faucet, crumbs on the table when we checked in). Also, we were not able to use our balcony because there was a very loud construction project outside from 7am to 7pm every day - kind of disappointing. Free wifi and minibar were nice touches.

    Great place to stay...

    Room nice and airy, plenty of room for the three of us. Breakfasts really tasty with lots of selection and lovely fresh produce, and the basement spa was perfect for the end of a day on the hills. Management also very flexible and accommodating with a late checkout - we found it perfect for our 4 night stay in a Klosters.

    Pleasant stay at Steinbock, Klosters.

    Bedroom was large and spacious with nice view of mountain. Reception was friendly and open till late, and after 11pm you can take a key to let yourself back in. The only caveat I have is the quality of the breakfast, which was so-so and didn't offer very warm cooked dishes or much range beyond the standard continental. Overall, a very nice stay. It is a 10 minute walk away from the lifts or you can take a bus which comes every 15 minutes.

    Für ein paar Tage Wanderausflug ideal

    Habe im Hotel *** Steinbock gebucht und wegen Umbauarbeiten bei einer umliegenden Strasse, ein Update erhalten im Hotel **** Vereina. Das Hotel hat viel anzubieten mit Sauna & Fitnessanlage, Pool, gratis Parkplatz und liegt sehr zentral für Ausflüge auf Davos oder auch in den Nationalpark. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und haben alle Annehmlichkeiten. Nur das Bett war uns zu hart. Mir gefiel die Einrichtung beim Hotel Steinbock mehr, da es im Chalet- Stil und Hellholz war. Die Zimmereinrichtung im Vereina ist eher mit dunkeln Möbel und Musterungen im "Schloss- Stil" gehalten, was jedoch sicher auch Gefallen vermag. Auch hatten wir ein Zimmer auf der Strassenseite, was nicht die ruhigste Option war. Die Hauptstrasse ist ab Morgen früh viel durch Berufsverkehr befahren und Abends hatten wir Lärm durch unangebrachtes Töffrennen auf dieser Strasse von Jugentlichen und einer Bar, die gleich vis-a-vis vom Hotel liegt. Beim nächsten Besuch werde ich es nochmals im Hotel *** Steinbock probieren.

    Das Hotel ist recht in die Jahre gekommen und braucht etwas Auffrischung. Dennoch ist der Service grossartig und die Lage vor allem zum Skifahren toll!
