Excelente hotel nos toco una habitación que había sido remodelada, muy cómoda y limpia Tenía refrigerador pero no tenía utensilios de cocina pero los meseros amablemente nos prestaron. El hotel está cerca de Panajachel para ir en carro y las instalaciones son muy bonitas y la vista del lago espectacular

He viajado anteriormente a este hotel, incluso lo recomendé a mis familiares y amigos, sin embargo, el fin de semana pasado fue decepcionante, al llegar y hacer el check in con mi esposa y mi hijo de 4 años, me indicaron que no tenían agua, estaría arreglando el inconveniente en 40 min. Una hora después, mi esposa embarazada, bajó al restaurante a comer algo, pidió hasta tres tipos de platos y bebidas pero le dijeron que no tenían nada de lo que pidió porque todavía no tenían agua. En medio de la lluvia salimos a comprar una pizza al pueblo, Circus Bar, trajimos de regreso casi toda la pizza porque se nos durmió mi hijo en el camino. Al otro día al hacer ckeck out, a mi esposa e hijo se les antojó un pedazo de pizza, pedí favor en la recepción y en el restaurante de que nos pudieran calentar un pedazo en algún horno microondas e increíblemente nos dijeron: NO ES POSIBLE con actitud prepotente... esa pizza la compramos porque no tenían agua y no pudieron darnos lo que pedimos en el restaurante un día antes!!! Lamentablemente todo lo positivo que tenía de este lugar se borró.
