Great location and the breakfast was good (fried egg, toast, bacon and sausage). Very nice and helpful staff. Quiet and comfortable room. The sink in the bathroom leaked a little around the faucet, but the water went into the basin, so no big deal. I plan to return.

Room spacious for 4. Lovely staff, good breakfast included, very close to station and lots of restaurants. Beds incredibly hard. Bathroom tiny and strangely like an airplane bathroom. Steps up from the street are a killer with heavy luggage.

Everything at this small hotel was OK. The best feature is its location -- I wanted to stay in Shin Okubo and that's where it is. My room was large by Tokyo standards and included a fridge and desk. The overall feel is "budget," but I didn't stay in SO in order to spend a lot of time in the room, so I don't really care that it wasn't five star. Noise level was not bad, esp considering that almost every room is close to the elevator.

Can’t fault the place, nice staff, English not too bad. Front desk maned 24hrs. Room small as you would expect. Everything clean and tidy. I stayed 17 nights so had a good feel for the place. Breakfast 500y was good. About 3min from the nearest station.

the key operates all the electricity in the room, not enough outlets, and what bothered me the most is you had to leave your key with the front desk whenever you went out for the day. When you came back to get your key, they didn’t ask for any ID, just handed the key to you.
