Staff were great they recognized you after patronizing the outlet or poolside.once. Duty Manger Wanda was excellent to execute my problem. Pool Bar Bernie and Jamil and life guard (i did not get his name, he working afternoon shift from 21 Nov till 24 Nov) were awesome while my time in the pool area.

Loved & enjoyed the daily buffet & choices of dishes. The gym facilities. Also the location of the hotel is / was very convenient in accessing the Malls & other places.

Nothing great , normal room & breakfast as per standard too . Hotel location road crossing over to shopping center is inconvenient & no shopping good deals .

Overall, breakfast was good with a wide spread. Hotel was clean, showers was warm and the pressure was great. The complaint I have was that, the power socket to use with the supplied appliances needs abit of hunting. You can find one in the toilet, and the other 2, is connected to the sides of the bed by the bed light itself. If you look at the other sockets, they are all not compatible, which is silly.

Its near the shopping mall and walking distance. Staff are friendly and always welcoming every time you enter. They need to improve their room services. Slow at cleaning room, everytime we came back they have yet to clean. Had ask for iron/iron board. Had to wait 4 day to recieved when we had ask for it everyday, which they say will send in 5min! Overall i give it 8/10. Due to the friendliness

the staff were consistently warm and friendly, sincere in their greetings always the Breakfast buffet lived up to its Best Breakfast award. the Reception staff were helpful and answered all relevant questions showing they were knowledgeable overall great warm and friendly staff that added value to the Hotel

Good location and the size of the room is good too. Bed linen is noticeably overdue its wash cycles. It is time to replace them. Check out tine is 11am but the Housekeeping staff started to knock on our door at 10:30am. Not a welcoming gesture at all.
