We loved our stay at Ricci Rooms! The location was great with a supermarket, bus stop and pharmacy all within a few blocks. The room felt big and spacious and was very clean and well maintained. Chiara was very helpful and always responded quickly to our requests. The air conditioning was great and certainly made sleeping very comfortable. Only negatives were that the blind was very hard to move to provide privacy from other buildings, we were not provided with an “do not disturb” sign for the door and the safe unfortunately did not work. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend!

Bad: Very complicated to go to the room, you need to pass 4 differents gates to go to your room with differents code. Anybody there to help you if you need, only by online app. Very unpersonal service The view of the ricci room is inside the building so you see nothing great Good: The room is very clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom very clean with just enought space. The building is close to multiple beautiful places and at 10 min walking from de termini. Good experience but don’t come back again
