Good stay. Great location accross railway station and 10 mins to centre. I had a room with a single bed, not the most comfortable, and could be replaced. Bed was quite small. Friendly and helpful staff. Good stay.

Odours, noise & unhelpful staff ruin stay
Our stay at this hotel proved to be quite disappointing. The non-smoking room we booked was filled with the smell of cigarettes and body odour, making it difficult to relax. The staff seemed uninterested in our concerns, leaving us to cope with the smell by keeping the window open. Adding to our frustration, our last morning was ruined by unexpected construction noise starting at 7am, contrary to the 9am posted notices. After reaching out to our booking website, we were at least able to secure a refund for one night. However, the combination of unpleasant odours, noise disruptions, and unresponsive staff leaves us unable to recommend this hotel to others.

Nice weekend in Leiden
I returned to Leiden for the weekend to visit a few friends. My single room was comfortable and I paid a very good price. The room was quite compact, the furniture in the room was quite modern and it was an efficient design. I loved the walk in power shower
