Simple pleasant hotel stay
Hotel was kind to allow me to check in earlier when I enquired several days before my arrival. Room was clean. Great to have water dispenser to save on plastic bottles. Only have 2 minor things to improve: 1) Both pillows too soft, so will be good to have 1 hard and 1 soft pillows 2) Can have 2 bath towels, instead of 1, even though I am staying in single room

towels were not prepared.had to wait till 9pm to queue for towels and staff even told us they had no solution to the lack of towels since it was peak season.also had to request for tooth brush and tooth paste that were said to be given online.
